Summer time healthy snacks :)

if you're like me and you aren't apart of the "group" of lucky people who can eat everything and not gain a single pound, this post is for you :)
especially on holidays we tend to eat a lot more, mostly because we spend a lot of time at home, and since we have nothing to do, we eat. and most of the time, we don't make really healthy choices. we usually eat snacks, cookies and chips, and stuff like that. it tastes good but then we regret it when we see our weight. i'm not saying we should stop eating, in my case that would be impossible, but we should make healthier choices.
for example, fruit. and yes i know everyone says this, and yes, fruit isn't a very good snack, but how about giving it a twist by mixing some peanut-butter?
and if you want a more portable snacks, why don't you try dry roasted nuts? :)
but what about the "big" meals? if you're going to the beach after lunch you probably don't want to eat soup because it's too much, nor salad because you'll be hungry again in a few hours, so try a chicken sandwich it's tasty and healthy :D
and don't forget to drink water! this sounds so cliche but water is so important. it keeps you hydrated, it helps your skin and, in my case, i don't feel so hungry when i drink water, because it keeps you full. :)
